Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone booking or attending a session with Marzenna Debska ("I", "me", "my practice"), whether arranged through this website, by phone, or by email. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of the Work

Sessions offered — including hypnotherapy, mind-body work, Reiki, sound therapy and related holistic approaches — are complementary practices intended to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation and personal growth. They are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are currently receiving treatment for a mental or physical health condition, please consult your doctor before booking and continue any prescribed treatment alongside this work rather than in place of it.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Every person responds differently to this kind of work. While many clients experience meaningful shifts, I cannot guarantee a specific result, timeline, or outcome from any session.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation

The following applies to all bookings made through this website, by phone, or by email.

• Payment terms: payment is due at the time of booking, or in full on the day of the session, by bank transfer or card.
• Cancellation notice: 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
• Late arrival: if you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full fee will apply.

Client Responsibility

You agree to disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions, medications, or concerns before a session, so the work can be adapted safely to you. You're responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions and are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or psychological support alongside this work where needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of these services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Animal Reiki Sessions

Sessions offered for animals are complementary and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Please continue any veterinary treatment your animal is receiving and consult your vet with any health concerns.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
